Chief Executive Officer

Rebecca is the Chief Executive Officer at SmartRecruiters. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting and HR technology, Rebecca brings a deep understanding and passion for the space, supported by roles in product development, pre-sales, and customer success. Her contagious energy and strong leadership give her a unique perspective on this role and organization.

Rebecca’s journey at SmartRecruiters started in September 2014, holding different positions including SVP Growth, VP Product, and VP Solutions Consulting. She rejoined SmartRecruiters in July 2023 after two years at Checkr, where she was the GM for Checkr Pay, Checkr’s earned wage access product, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. This experience is added to earlier roles leading global product teams at Jobvite, Branchout, and Playdom (acquired by Disney in 2010).

When not in the office, Rebecca is a triathlete, mom of 2 little girls, and loves spending time on her pilates reformer. She attended the University of California – Berkeley and Harvard Business School and lives outside of Boston, MA.
