Michał runs SmartRecruiters’ engineering function and is responsible for software development, infrastructure, and security.

Michał spent the last 15 years building distributed systems and managing engineering teams in various industries. He joined SmartRecruiter in 2012 as one of the first employees and helped scale the platform to support the needs of some of the largest enterprises in the world.

He is passionate about creating engineering organizations where teams are empowered to deliver business outcomes.

Michal has a Master’s in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University.
