Tom’s career is one of building and scaling tech businesses. Most recently, Tom served as CFO for JOOR establishing it as the world’s largest wholesale B2B marketplace processing over $1 billion per month in GMV. Calling on skills centered around rapid change management, he also steered NYRA through a Chapter 11 reorganization securing NYC’s first casino (Resorts World – Queens) – it has since provided more than $4 billion in revenue to NYC’s public schools.

Tom is a board member with the Arthritis Foundation and a mentor for the Villanova University School of Business graduate program.
