Previously spent 9 years scaling an HCM software business from 11 employees to over 700 employees as part of their senior leadership team. In 2016, joined SmartRecruiters as the first sales and marketing hire in Europe with responsibility for UK/Northern Europe. As EVP, Sales, Robert is overseeing our global Account Executives, Sales Development, Pre-Sales and Partnerships teams.
